D2.1 Integrated ResPorts Database

Deliverable D2.1 describes the development of an integrated database for the Greek ports, compiling their technical, environmental, operational and socio‑economic characteristics. It includes data on infrastructure, services provided and the impacts of climate change.

D2.2 Port Industry Business Ecosystem, User Needs Analysis & Regulatory Specifications

Deliverable D2.2 addresses the business ecosystem of the port industry, analyzing user needs and regulatory requirements to strengthen the resilience of Greek ports.

D2.3 Ecosystem Definition, User Needs & Institutional Obligations

Deliverable D2.3 examines the definition of the port ecosystem, its user needs and the relevant institutional obligations.

D3.1 Forecasting Climate Risks, Extreme Events & Exposure Assessment of Ports to Climate Change

Deliverable D3.1 focuses on estimating and forecasting the impacts of climate change on Greek ports. It includes analysis of climate risks and extreme events, as well as the assessment of port infrastructure exposure.

D3.2 Vulnerability Quantification/Assessment Tool (Resilience Estimator) & Port Evaluations

Deliverable D3.2 presents a tool for evaluating the resilience of Greek ports, enabling the quantification of their vulnerability to various factors and contributing to resilience‑building efforts.

D3.3 Economic Impact Assessment

Deliverable D3.3 centers on estimating the economic impacts of climate change and other risks on Greek ports. It analyzes potential infrastructural and operational costs from damages and disruptive events, underpinning the need for resilience investments.

D3.4 Vulnerability Ranking & Resilience Estimator Tool Development

Deliverable D3.4 focuses on a comprehensive vulnerability assessment and ranking of Greek ports. It includes the development of the “Resilience Estimator” tool for assessing infrastructure resilience to diverse threats.

D4.1 Creation & Operation of Living Hubs

Deliverable D4.1 describes the setup and operation of Living Labs/Hubs—collaboration centers for developing and testing innovative solutions that enhance Greek ports’ resilience to climate change.

D4.2 Process Mapping for Port Resilience

Deliverable D4.2 outlines the mapping of port operational processes to identify critical points and develop improvements that bolster resilience against risks like climate change.

D5.1 Development of the Decision‑Support System (DSS)

This comprises five (5) digital tools—the project’s key innovation—designed to strengthen Greek ports’ resilience by providing authorities with evidence‑based decision‑making support. It integrates project research results such as climate‑risk forecasting and vulnerability assessment.

D5.2 Technical Specifications Manual for Port Resilience

Technical specifications manual detailing the requirements and guidelines for enhancing port resilience.

D6.1 Project Website & Outreach Materials Preparation

Deliverable D6.1 describes the creation and operation of the project’s official website, as well as the preparation and development of dissemination materials aimed at raising awareness and informing stakeholders about enhancing Greek ports’ resilience.

D6.2 Project Dissemination Activities

Deliverable D6.2 details the actions and activities carried out to disseminate the project’s results and conclusions, targeting the public, relevant stakeholders and the scientific community.
